Man, that is alot.
Well, since we are talking all armies, spiderman, tony stark, Iron Man, the Fantastic 4, Harry Potter, and Superman would deffintly lose. Doom would have more of a fighting chance because he has an army of robots. But he too would fall.
I also assume that the armies of Star wars, Homeworld, Star Trek, Battleship Babylon, Supreme Commander, Independance day, Star Gate, and LOTR are seperate, and not together.
Eventually, all of the LOTR armies would be defeated, unless of course, all the battles are on one planet, then they would eventually be able to steal ships, but if it goes across several planets, then orbital strikes would take them out. Sauron's army would be the only problem in that equation.
GDI and Nod would eventually fall, because they do not have the tech as the others do, and thus, would fail. They would put of one heck of a fight.
Star Gate would fall eventually, there are powerful ships in that movie, but none as powerful as the other space faring people.
Battle Ship Babylon races would be good, but not as good as the others.
I have played Homeworld, but not Homeworld 2, but they have pretty good ships, but it has been years since I played it, I think they would fall eventually.
Star Trek, Halo, Star Wars, and Supreme Commander would be one of the victors.
Now, if we were talking that the whole universe was uniting, then it would be a different story entirely. Here is the list, from first to last.
Star Wars: They have both ballistic and laser capabilities. THey have Jedi and Sith, and a vast array of weaponery. If Darth Vader or Darth Revan were the leaders of the army, then the Star Wars universe would deffintly win.
Halo: If they had an army of Spartans, and the covenant, and lets just say the flood were out of it(They never ally with anyone except to destroy the halo guns) they would be hard to beat. They have a wide range of ships, troops, viechals, and weapons. If they were to combine technology, I would not want to face them.
Supreme Commander: I have not played this game. But from what I have seen, they have good strategic leaders and vast weapon capabilities.
Star Trek: If all the races combined, it would be one powerful army. They problem is, that most of their weapons are lasers, and thus would have a hard time penetrating UNSC and Star Wars ships, who have shields designed against lazers. While Star Trek is susptible to ballistic weaponary.(Bullets, missles, ect.)
Homeworld 2: I mean come on! They praticly have a whole planet in one ship, with ships on it!!! They could take their fare shair of beatings.
Battleship Babylon: Good assortment of weaponary.

Darth Vader would cream the Terminator, the Matrix, Iron Man, and Bob. Superman would be defeated by Batman, because he always carryies kryptonite around in his belt, and, well, Batman actually may have an object to defeat Darth Vader. But I think Darth Vader would win.

Because, he just does.
Now, I know Darth Vader is really powerful, but not even him, and his apprentice, could take on all the heroes, and all the villians, from Marvel. Now, lets say carnage bonded with Vader, and venom Bonded with StarKiller, now that, would be one unstoppable force.
