Well, actually, since Peter Parker and Spiderman is the one and the same, Peter Parker(Unless of course it is before he has powers, then Tony Stark would win.)
Mario would win that one Steven.
Samus vs. Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Bowser, Yoshi, and anyone else I am forgetting from Mushroom Land.
Samus, hands down. All her cool techno gadgets, her agility, super strength, intelligence, ect. Esspecially with the imperelist!!!

I was thinking brain power with Peter and Tony. They are both super smart, but Tony invented a mass amount of weapons and the Ironman suit. More than Peter ever did.
And Samus would so win. The characters from mushroom land are lame.

Star killer will beat Harry Potter to a pulp. I have theories about the force were I can twist it were it is not a new age concept. Wizardy is evil, and thus, Star Killer would win.
I actually think Peter Parker would win against Tony Stark in brain power. Peter Parker came up with some inventions of his own, and he can outsmart Tony in any combat situation. Because he has.
That is a tough one Steven. Here is the list of order of who I think would win, the top being the best one, and the bottom being the worst.
Darth Vader:He trained Star Killer, so he would beat him. He is Luke's father, just because he was bested in the movie, was because he did not want to kill Luke. He would beat Bastilla, because he is more powerful. He would beat the Master chief, well, just because. It would be a cool match to watch between those two. He would beat Darth Malak as the only person who has been more powerful then Darth Vader is Darth Revan, maybe. And he would beat an elite elite, because he uses the force.
Master Chief: He maybe could not beat Darth Vader, but I am confident he could beat the others.
Star Killer: He is an apprentice of Darth Vader. Nuff said.
Bastilla: She was both sith and jedi, she could beat Darth Malak and the rest underneath.
Darth Malak: Sith Lord, duh.
Luke skywalker: Jedi master, could beat an elite of an elite.
Elite special force with plasma sword: He could not defeat the above people.

If the jedi and sith have there armies, they would win, otherwise, they would decimate the convenent, the UNSC, and the Seraphim(THough I have to play the game still)
I think the final fight would between the Master Chief and Darth Vader and Revan vs. the Arbiter with the the supreme commander.
