A long long time in the future, in a galaxy very well known to us. . .
Prologue
“Wouldn't it just be easier to kill them?” The pilot asked, turning to face the cloaked man next to him. He could detect a small smile forming on the man's darkened face. “No, you idiot, it would not. This way, I will not be blamed for the death of these Jedi, yet they still will be out of my way. Nobody will think, or believe, that I had sent them through a Black Hole. In fact, most people do not even believe Black Holes exist. It is a brilliant plan, you see.” The man spoke with a deep voice, one that farther hid his identity. The pilot did not know who his boss was, only that he was very important- and powerful. He didn't feel right helping a man he didn't know destroy people who did nothing wrong, but he had no other choice. No other way to turn. His mysterious leader had some sort of plan to gain power, that the Jedi were slowly beginning to catch onto. Somehow, the man had lured his enemy's onto his ship. Maybe they were betrayed, or drugged, but somehow, they were indeed on the ship. Each in their own quarters, making themselves comfortable. “We are nearing the Black Hole, sir. Shall I engage auto-pilot?” “Yes. Now, come with me. I have one last task for you.” The pilot followed his master out of the cock-pit and deep within the ship. They walked until they came to a shuttle. Immediately the pilot took his place at the controls, starting up the engines and preparing for takeoff. As the safely made it out of the hanger, into the never ending, star painted space, the pilot asked, “Where are they being transported?” The man smiled a second time and replied with great satisfaction, “Earth.”

Someone pushed Trent Kuuno for a third time and he reluctantly opened his eyes. He was very surprised to see he was outside and on some sort of contraption that was hanging by chains. He was also stunned to see a child, about six or seven years old, frowning over him. “It’s my turn! Get off the tire swing! You’ve been there for ten minutes! And you haven’t even done anything but sleep!” The young boy exclaimed. Trent, too stunned to do anything but obey, sat upright and stood. “Ow!” he cried when his head hit the metal ceiling. Crouching down, he studied the ceiling. Why was it so low? The young boy victoriously cried out and jumped onto the swing. “Youngling,” Trent said to the boy as he straightened, carefully avoiding getting hit by the ceiling, “this…tire swing…what is it’s purpose?” The boy gave him a strange look. “Duh. Having fun.” “Why am I outside?” Trent asked. “You were here when I got here. You were snoring on the tire swing. How am I supposed to know how you got here?” Trent glanced around at the colorful obstacle course he was in. Beyond the course there was green grass and light pathways, trees and flowers. “Where am I?” The kid smirked. “You’re in South Willow Park, weirdo. Why are you wearing such weird clothes?” Trent looked down at his cloths. “I’m not wearing weird clothes. These are typical jedi robes. It’s what I always wear.” The child’s eyebrows rose. “You always wear…Oh! You must be part of the Star Wars Convention!” “Uh…yep,” Trent replied, though he had not clue what the boy was talking about, “Indeed, I am.” “Awesome!” The little boy exclaimed, “I really want to go, but mom says there’s a bunch of weirdo people.” “Huh. I’m sorry about that.” The boy’s shoulders sagged. “Yeah, me too. I’m really bummed. But at least the next Clone Wars season is coming out soon.” “Evan!” a woman’s voice called, “Evan James, you get yourself over here right now!” The boy glanced up and hopped off the swing. “That’s my mom. I’d better go.” “Uh…bye. May the Force be with you.” Trent said. The boy grinned, “May the Force be with us all.” He ran off and joined his mother. “What did I tell you about talking to strangers!?” The woman asked, leading the boy away. Trent then had a chance to look around and get his first glance of “South Willow Park.” Where was that anyway? The last thing he remembered was crashing in one of the ship’s cabins. Wait, he’d been with some comrades. Where were they? “Kendalia…” he muttered and immediately got up and began searching the park for her.
Kendalia Uka awoke with a start and gasped in…water. No! She couldn’t swim. She gasped Trent’s name only to take in more water. But that was strange. Her hands and feet weren’t wet. Only her head was underwater. Quickly, she pulled her head out of the water and took a look around. She was in some sort of shallow lake, where the ground was hard and bumpy, with grooves in precise places. She tried to slow her breathing. Where was she? The last she remembered was going to sleep on some ship. Where was Trent? “Are you okay, lady?” a woman, who had suddenly approached her, asked. “Uh…well…” Kendalia didn’t know quite what to say. “I am uninjured. Where am I?” The woman’s eyebrow rose. “The park.” She said as though it were the stupidest question she’d heard all month. “What star system is that in?” Kendalia asked. “You people from the convention take it way too seriously.” The woman said. “Wait, the park is a planet right?” “No,” the woman sighed, “You’re on planet Earth, remember?”
“Planet ear…I haven’t heard of that planet.” “Uh-huh. I must go dear; you’d better start to deal with reality soon instead of living in your galaxy far, far away. Oh, and I’d recommend you get out of the wading pool.” The woman said and quickly walked away, calling her children with her. Trent. She had to find Trent. And she also had to get away from this…strange, shallow, pool of water. Where-ever she was, she would feel safer with Trent with her. “Kendalia!” A familiar voice called. A smile broke onto her face and she raced towards the voice. “Trent?” Trent turned and saw her just as Kendalia jumped into his arms and hugged him tightly. “Trent! Where are we? What happened?” She asked, near tears of happiness. Trent pulled her away and studied her for a moment. “Why is your head wet?” “I was in a…wading pool.” Kendalia said. “What’s that?” “I think it’s a pool of water…where you wade.” “Good guess,” Trent said with a hint of sarcasm. “Where are the others?” Kendalia asked. “Don’t ask me, but I’ve found this…strange obstacle course. Come see!” He grabbed her arm and led her to the playground.

The world spun. Shapes and colors flew by, making everything a blur. Brendak Shiel blinked groggily. The sound of giggling and small shouts of annoyance melted in with the spinning scenery. He groaned when his stomach churned uncontrollably. Where was he?
A spray of mud flew up from the ground and splattered his face. Brendak hissed and jerkily wiped his face. He managed to turn his head to see where the dirt came from. A small, female, human youngling was looking at him with perplexity as she pushed a metal bar. Brendak groaned and attempted to sit up.
He nearly fell over from the power of the rotating mechanism that he was sprawled out on. His eyebrows raised when he glanced around him. Six younglings, all human, were pushing the multi-colored, circular machine that he was on, all of them staring at him. One tiny girl, clutching a toy of some sort, sat on the disk with him, lip trembling and eyes as wide as planets.
“Uh……” Brendak swallowed and grabbed one of the bars to steady himself as another wave of nausea slammed into him. Where the star’s end was he? Who were these humans? “Stop…..whatever this thing is!” He barked.
Instantly, all six of the kids dug in their heels to halt the spinning contraption, but their eyes never dropped from his face. One of them, a slightly thicker male with a wrinkled nose got up the nerve to speak. “Who the heck are you?”
Brendak grabbed his pounding forehead. “That’s not important. This is not Coruscant, correct?”
The girl on the machine inhaled a sob and cried, “MOMMY!”
A thin woman of medium height got up from a bench and started walking over to them, glaring. Brendak quickly hopped off of the circle, calculating. He was obviously on some planet that was inhabited mostly, if not entirely of a humanoid species. The mood seemed to be relaxed, yet his presence had been enough to upset them. Perhaps they were somewhere far in the outer rim, where jedI, or even space-travel, was unknown to them-
“Sir, what do you think you’re doing?” The woman stood to close to him for comfort with her hands on her hips and a look on her face that made Brendak wonder if he had crash-landed on Dathomir and encountered one of it’s many witches. The woman shot a glance at the crowd of younglings behind her. “You are scaring the children.”
Brendak gave a stiff nod of his head. “I’m sorry, that was not my intention. I am lost and searching for-”
“Look, buddy, I don’t care what you came here for. Just beat it.” Brendak decided not to think about the threat. There were more pressing matters to be solved, like where he could find transportation off this planet and where-
His snapped up and his breath came in short. The rest of the team! Where was Trent, Aurra, and Sarahi?! Vague memories of being on a ship with them all gnawed at his mind, but nothing more. What had happened? He had to find them.
“Ma’am, have you seen several other people-”
“You’re from the convention down the road, aren’t you?” The woman interrupted, her face getting red. “You do know that your idiotic show encourages violence and conflict! Do you want innocent children like mine to grow up to be the next Osama bin-laden?!”
Brendak swore under his breath. “Look, female, I don’t know what your talking about, and I don’t have time for this!”
The woman’s face now flamed like a sunrise. “How dare you-”
“Oh, forget it!” Brendak turned around and raced into the other direction. And a maze of obstacles and strange machines like the one he had just gotten off of.

Shaa Oty lay curled up. Her face was pressed onto her pillow, enjoying the time of sweet rest. Wait. . . was it her pillow? Her eyes slowly flickered open, and she reached her arms out in a very comforting stretch. That is, it was comforting until her hand smashed into a thick substance a few inches above her head. Confusion made her bolt upright, bashing the top of her head onto. . . whatever was above her. “Ow. . .” She mumbled. Leaning down she felt a slight pulling sensation, making her slide forward a few inches. She screamed and felt all around her, desperately looking for a way out of this death trap. There was no light, no sounds, nothing. She was absolutely alone, trapped in a round tunnel-thing. How did she get here? All Shaa could remember was falling asleep on that guys ship. . . the guy that she could never remember the name of. Suddenly a thought flashed through her mind. Snatching her lightsaber that was firmly clipped onto her belt, she activated it, immediately smelling the burning material. Shaa began to draw a circle with the weapon, when. . . “Ahhhh! Incoming!” A young voice shouted. She looked just in time to see two small feet implant themselves firmly against her shoulders, sending them both flying down the round, curly tube. It was very slippery, allowing them to slide quickly through the strange tunnel. Her lightsaber continued to burn a long line down the tube. It allowed a small seam of light to seep through, but Shaa would slide past it as soon as it was made. The person behind her was screaming louder by the second, giving her the idea that that's what you were supposed to do. A scream rose out of her throat, bouncing back at her several times from the walls. A thin strip of light appeared up ahead, making her adrenaline level shoot up to high. The light grew and grew until it was a hole. Shaa and the little creature behind her shot out of the tunnel. She flew through the air, screaming, and landed in a heap. “That was weird. . .”

Aurra Lunelle felt a gentle breeze calmly brush by the end of her nose as she slowly gained consciousness. As she began to come to her senses, her thoughts drifted to past events. She remembered walking to her cabin exhausted from a long day and immediately falling asleep on the cot. Confusion spread like though Aurra’s mind like a contagious disease.
Suddenly, something began to tap the end of her right boot causing her to fully awaken instantaneously. Her eyes flew open to a dizzying site. Her vision was filled with branches of all shapes and sizes covered in small, oval-shaped green disks. The sun was brightly shining, blinding Aurra as she tried to gain a better sense of reality. Disorientation threatened to send Aurra into a state of shear panic. Aurra reached for one of her many blasters and drew it from its holster. Feeling much calmer and safer, Aurra glanced around observing her surrounding. Aurra suspected she was suspended in some kind of tall, tree-like flora. She was carefully balanced on a wide, thick branch, her feet dangling below. In the distance beyond the outline of her boots, Aurra could see what she could only describe as a bright meadow filled with the shortest blades of grass she had ever seen; it almost looked like a type of flooring she used to have in her home on Socorro. Something tapped her boot again and Aurra turned to see what was causing this annoyance. Aurra turned to see a thinner branch moving gracefully back and forth.
Suddenly, a small, dog-like creature appeared at the base of the tree-like plant and made a shrieking noise that startled Aurra causing her to lose her balance. She started to slip off the branch from where she was perched and fall toward the ground far below . . .

"There's Brendak and Shaa!" Trent exclaimed, pointing at the obstacle course.
Kendalia rushed forward and hit Brendak at full speed, hugging him tightly like she had done with Trent. Over the past couple of years, she had gotten closer to the group and considered them good friends. "You're safe! We were worried! Do you have any idea what's going on?"
Trent grinned as Kendalia hugged Brendak. He knew Brendak didn't appreciate such actions. Then he started towards Shaa, who looked like she had just seen something terrifying. He knelt beside her.
"Hey, Shaa. You alright?" he asked. It was then he noticed the twisted tunnel that had a line down the top of burning metal. "Nice, uh, adjustment." he commented. Then he frowned and stood. "Have you seen Aurra?"

"Ahhhhhh!!!!" Aurra screamed as she fell through the air hitting various branches along the way. Her blaster was torn from her fingers as she plummeted to ground.
THUD! Aurra hit the ground at a startling speed, then immediately stood and drew a second blaster ready for action.

Trent watched, stunned, as Aurra suddenly plummeted down from a tree-like flora and hit the ground, only to jump back to her feet and draw a blaster, ready for anything.
"Oh." Trent said, calmly, "Hello, Aurra."

Aurra quickly turned to the familiar voice behind her and saw her comrades standing in a strange, obstacle course-like thing. She saw they were safe and not in combat position; she quickly put away her blaster, as to not draw attention to herself or the others.
"Uh . . . hey Trent." Aurra said feeling rather confused.
Suddenly, Aurra's blaster quickly dropped from the tree and hit Aurra square on the head before dropping to the meadow-like grass.
"Ow!!" Aurra exclaimed before picking it up and putting it back in it's holster.

"Brendak, look out!" Shaa's lightsaber was sailing through the air due to her unfortunate fall out of the tube-thing. It landed square on Brendak's unsuspecting head and then fell to the ground with a THUMP. "Oops... at least it wasn't activated anymore." She chuckled nervously.
Her head swiveled to look behind her, only to see a small, human boy sitting on her back. He looked dazed.
"Whoa!" He suddenly cried, leaping off her back. "I gotta try that again!" He raced away.
Shaa got her feet and hugged Trent, happy to see someone she knew again. "Yes, I-I guess I'm fine." A scream cut through the breeze and made her franticly look for the source of the noise. In seconds she found it: Aurra. She stood, ready for anything, holding a blaster out at anyone who dared come close.
Shaa smiled and took a look around. She had just come out of a strange, red-colored tube, that was enclosed and twisty. A ladder on the other side of it held a few other human children, all bouncing and impatiently awaiting their turn. "Who would slide down that. . .thing for enjoyment? I practically died!"

Jenina stirred, and yawned. "What an odd dream..." She sat up, promptly whacking her head on something above her. "What..?" Looking up, she realized it was another bed. Bunk beds, to be exact. "What's going on?" A woman entered the room. "Are you going to sleep all day, sleepy-head?"

(I have to join in on this one!)
Sarahi jerked awake and sat up abruptly. "What---what happened?" She looked around and picked up a handfull of sand and let it run through her fingers. "It's...trapped in a box."
"Whoa!" she turned to see a young child dressed in jedi robes. "Awesome costume, what jedi are you?"
"Um...myself? Jedi Master Sarahi Qui..." Sarahi replied with a raised eyebrow. She had never seen this youngling in the temple before, who was he? "Who are you?"
"Oh...I'm just a padawan. My parents are over there with my sister. She's a Twi'lek and my parents are jedi. That's a cool mask, where did you get it?"
"Uh...a medical bay, I actaully use it to breathe." Sarahi was starting to find this kid rather odd.
"Cool, you have a background planned out and everything!" The kid straightened up and waved. "Parents are calling, hope to see you later."
Sarahi put a hand to her head. "What...is going on?" She asked stepping out of the...sandbox. "Where is everyone?" Sarahi walked onto a stone walking path wondering what strange planet she had come to.

Aurra walked a few yards over to where Brendak, Shaa, Kendalia, and Trent were standing. They were near a fascinating obstacle-course on which several human children were running about in a rather chaotic manner. A small thought suddenly came to Aurra as she looked around the alien terrain. The planet seemed to be mainly inhabited by humans. Aurra thought hard about which planet they could be trapped on, but came to no immediate conclusions.
"Who would slide down that. . .thing for enjoyment? I practically died!" Aurra looked over to see Shaa, looking slightly confused and disheveled. Apparently she had fought her way out of the twisted, red tube next to her.
“Strange. The human children seem to enjoy that . . . contraption.” Aurra contemplated the situation for a split second before quickly realizing they needed to find the rest of the group.
“Does anyone know where the rest of the group is?” Aurra asked hoping someone would have an idea as to their whereabouts.

Shaa shrugged. "Beats me."
She did a 360, looking around the area. It was all colored and maintained nicely, though very strange. Children ran about, screaming and chasing one another, seemingly enjoying the death experience. She did a double take when she saw a certain person walking near to them.
"Sarahi!" She called, waving the Jedi over.

Brendak gasped for air in between Kendalia's tight hug. "Ge' uff me!" He growled, sqeezing out from her arms.
He brushed himself off and looked around, brow furrowing. "Does anyone know where we-" His sentence died when something flew through the air and smacked him on the side of the head. "Ow!"
Brendak glanced down at what had hit him, a lightsaber, and whose fault it was. He glared at the jedi above him chuckling nervously. "Blast it, Shaa, be careful with that!" How did that girl ever manage to live a week in the temple?!
Shaking his head, he saw Aurra standing not far off, looking disoriented. Join the club.
Brendak jumped when Shaa sudenly squealed, "Sarahi!" He turned to indeed see master Sarahi Qui getting out of an unusual square. He breathed out again. Sarahi was safe, and now there was finally someone who might know where they were.....
