One of the other red beasts looked at Sarahi in annoyance, then, to the shock of them all, spoke in a gutteral voice, "Stay out of this matter...jedi....we will deal with you next...."
The beast that spoke to Sarahi was getting cornered. While the creature that had the tentacles must be strong, it was really outnumbered.

Jarx looked at Kara, "We have to get to the command center of this place and see what this place is made for."
Kara nodded, "I think I have an idea on where it may be located."

"Now...there's a problem..." Sarahi grinned from under her hood. "I'm that kind of jedi who does not stay out of matters such as this. Better deal with me now or I will be the death of you all."
"I won't be able fight them all on my own..." she thought to the others.

I won't be able to fight them all on my own. . . Sarahi's voice thought into Ketreelawa's mind.
I know, I know... Ketreelawa thought to herself, Jenina is almost healed.

(Hi guys!! So sorry that I have not been posting for so long. Thank you so much for moving me along, Robbie. By the way, please tell me if this post is alright with the story-line.) "I won't be able to fight them all on my own...." Well, now we have a very firm grasp on the obvious, Brendak thought sarcastically in Sarahi's direction. The creatures had closed in on the beast that had sent the waves of mental through his body. The being had backed up defensively, shoulders tightened and pulled back, hind legs tensed and ready to spring. Yet its eyes darted between his oncoming attackers, jaws snapping at any of the creatures that came too near, only to whirl around in order to defend itself from another that took advantage of the his occupation. The beast couldn't hold off for more than another minute, maximum. Brendak debated what to do for a mili-second. He didn't care for the creature about to be torn apart anymore than he cared for the ones that would be its bane. But the force clawed at him urgently, the way that it did whenever a living being was endangered. It was his and every jedi's duty to protect the living, and now was not an exception. Also, the the canine creatures would only be occupied with their prey while it yet lived - which wouldn't be much longer - and they would soon set their sights on the true enemy, the entire group of jedi and non-force users alike. If his group had to fight the demonic beings, it might as well be now. He cast a glance at Sarahi and the cornered beast. They had some sort of telepathic connection burning between each other. Something that could be very useful. No mind is more united than when it is focused on a clear objective. No mind is more scattered than when concentration is broken by distraction. Brendak's mind whirled. He instantly sank to his knees, his chin dropping to his chest, hands stretched out in front of him. He felt the familiar touch of the force course through him and give him power, power that raced through his arms and out the palms of his hands. He felt the power tremble with excitement and plunge into the floor beneath the beasts. The ground quaked under the animal's feet, shards of the floor exploding up at their faces, making them howl with indignation, but not pain. Brendak immediately thrust himself fully into the world of the force, there wasn't a moment to lose. He felt himself fly past the conscious world and away from the raging howls of the angry beasts and submerged himself in thought. His spirit separated from his body and he touched the force, searching for what he needed. Discarding any memory of logic or counsel, he covered his mind with reminiscences of all the pure emotion that he had uncovered in his past. A sea of guilt, shame, fear, anger, and pain nearly carried him away. They burned, all of them, flaming in his mind like a monster unconquered and a fire unchallenged. Guilt and shame mixed with anger, spawned confusion and doubt. Fear and indescribable pain churned together and built upon uncertainty. His mind shrieked and wailed for the unknown. Uncontrollable emotions spun through him and created a mass that made him want to strike out at the first living thing, pity the first beggar, cringe at the first rebuke, weep at seeing the past, and merely sit and try and get his thoughts together. Back on Coruscant, where his body waited for his absent spirit, he smiled. He had done it. He had captured chaos. Suddenly gasping for breath when the horde of thoughts and emotions delved into him, Brendak struggled to maintain control and possession of the swarm. A moment of doubt consumed him and he hesitated before continuing with his work. Sarahi was strong, but she fought the same battle that he did, and sending these to her would strain her greatly. He swiped away the thought as quickly as it came. This was no time for doubt. This was a moment of action. In one, sudden, eruptive move, Brendak thrust every piece of mad frenzy into Sarahi's mind. The loss of such motion temporarily drained the color from his eyes and the life from his bones. He barely had enough strength to send Sarahi a message. Channel it Sarahi, he panted. Send it to the beast. Let his thoughts spill out to the others. Let them taste chaos.

A barrage of emotion slammed into Sarahi mind as if someone had shoved a bantha into her skull. She clutched the sides of her head as if it were the only way to keep it from exploding. She cried out in pain. So many dark memories from her past hit her all at once and she felt all the strength to fight it leave her.
"Channel it Sarahi," Brandak's voice drilled into her mind like a vibroknife. "Send it to the beast. Let his thoughts spill out to the others. Let them taste chaos."
"Easier said than done." Sarahi said through gritted teeth. So much rage and sorrow.... She winced. It will make the beast unstoppable, but what if it turns against us. A thought entered her mind and Sarahi smiled with pain. All the darkness that was crammed into her mind would become a weapon of the light with a little filtering.
Sarahi plunged deep into the depths of the Force. Like pieces to a puzzle she sorted through every emotion and twisted to fit into the weapon of light. The process was agonizing, and it was a miracle in itself the Sarahi could manage such a task. Once she was done though, he reached her palm out to the beast and said, "Su'varía, scévii la'duthlam." (Our strength, forever mighty.)
With that Sarahi fed the Force into the beast. Every last bit of her energy was expelled into the beast's very being. Then, after she was through, Sarahi collapsed.
(convienent...right? ;D )

(Oh yes, very.)
Shaa could feel the force explode around a single being, some where near. "We have to get back there!" She shouted, her ears ringing from the sudden impact, that even she had felt. Running back through the tunnel, Shaa made a sharp turn and found herself in a large room, where the rest of the group was. Unfortunately, a group of the canine beasts were there, as well. Her eyes darting around, she focused on Brendak. He was kneeling, spreading his arms out in front of him. Sarahi was collapsed on the ground, near one canine beast with tentacles sticking out his back. They were being circled by the rest of the beasts.

(Nicely done I might say. ;D )
The beast looked at her, then felt the power. It was intense, beyond imagining. The thing growled with such intensity that it made Fidella shiver. It's tentacles reached out widely at the other creatures who now trembled in such fear that some of them were starting to back up.
The red beast growled, "My name...is Gevurah(Which I believe is the Hebrew word for strength, someone can check on that if they want. But I had to come up with something.)..." It launched itself at the nearest beast and latched onto it's neck with his jaw. He gave one pull and pulled the thing's throat out of place. It fell to the floor dead.
Gevurah, with blood dripping from his jaw, pounced onto another and dug his claws into its back. The creature roared and thrashed but Gevurah stayed on riding it out. His tentacles went up then straight down into the creatures sides. The beast crumpled underneath such an attack and breathed it's last.
Most of the other beasts fled, or went to regroup Fidella didn't know. The beast now looked at Sarahi who was helplessly laying on the ground. It walked to her, and nudged her with its nose, like it willed her to stand up.

Jarx, Kara, and Aurra walked cautiously to a room that Jarx guessed was the command room.

Jenina opened her eyes, and clasped her Wookie friend's arm. "Thank you, Ketreelawa..." Not being sure what else to say, she simply maintained her grateful grasp. She stood slowly, wincing as she tried to ease out stiffness. "I'm all right now.."
Lisa grabbed Cla'Tal's arm, and followed Shaa, taking the male Jedi with her. "Sorry, Master, but we can't leave someone behind.." She entered the room where the rest of the group, minus Jarx, Aurra, and Kara, were standing. Except for Sarahi, who seemed to be unconscious, and Brendak, who was kneeling on the floor. "What happened here?"

(Pretty much all Brendak's idea...I played along. ;D )
Sarahi felt her mind travel back to the consciousness. Here eye fluttered open and she found herself staring up at the beast. She smiled, knowing the battle had been won. "Parjai. Vor entye...vod." (Victory. Thank you...brother.)
Sarahi sat up slowly and looked over at Brendak. "That was a great idea...but give me a bit of warning next time---" Sarahi didn't get to finish.
"What happened here?" Lisa asked.
Sarahi couldn't help but grin. "Akaan..." she replied. "War."

Ketreelawa came back to the conscious world. Everything seemed to be over. All the action had happened. In some ways, Ketreelawa was happy that she had missed it--she hated violence. It looked like they didn't need any help anyway. Jenina seemed to have recovered, which made Ketreelawa feel accomplished. I did it.

Brendak got shakily to his feet. His bones felt like the marrow had been drained out of them and he gripped the wall to steady himself.
He noticed Sarahi slowly pushing herself up. "That was a great idea..." she began. "But give me a bit of a warning next time-" She didn't complete what she was going to say when Lisa, Shaa, and Cla 'Tal burst into the room.
"What's going on here?" Lisa cried, surveying the damage.
He saw Sarahi grin and say something in Mandalorian. "War," she translated a moment later.
Brendak wearily took a few steps forward. "And it's not over yet," He said through clenched teeth. "Most of those creatures are still alive, and they won't stay away forever. So," He cast an aloof look at the strange beast that stuck close to Sarahi. "I believe that we are in need of your assistance, Gevurah. We need some information about your kind."

Sarahi nodded in agreement. "Yes, I do believe that a little information would help us win this never ending fight."

Ketreelawa watched in silence, waiting for the Gevurah to speak. If he could help in someway, give them some bit of information, they would have less a chance of being beaten by his kind.

Jarx scanned the room and saw the body of a sith soldier slumped up against the far wall. He motioned for Aurra to go and examine the body of the sith soldier, and he knew that she knew that he wanted the data file attached to the dead soldier's belt.
Jarx then looked around the command room and saw that the room was rectangular and held several desks of control switches and stations. He saw a chair that was against the long edge of the room smack dab in the middle. He also took special notice of the arm rests, that seem to also hold data screens.
This command chair sounds like the same type of chair that jedi found.. He thought to himself.
-------------------------
Kara slowly detached herself from Aurra and Jarx and stealthily made her way to one of the control counsels. She was looking for something specific, something very important to her.
She looked up to see Jarx eyeing the command chair. She took no notice of it, as it had nothing to do with why she was here. She was here for reasons of her own. But she wasn't lying when she said she wanted to travel with Jarx. He was... mysterious to her. A puzzle to be solved. But not only that, he had been very kind to her, so far at any rate.
She shook her head, Concentrate Kara, concentrate. she thought to herself. She couldn't afford to get attached. She had to do what she came to do. Her fingers flew quietly over the commands for her counsel. She kept looking up to make sure Aurra wasn't peeking, and Jarx didn't see her. She could not let anyone know what she was doing, esspecialy the jedi, and most of all, Jarx.
-----------------------
The creature's tentacles went back into his back. It looked at Brendak, like it was staring deep into his heart and pulling out all of Brendak's secrets. It spoke, "I am...a Zev(Yes, hebrew again. It means wolf. I had to come up with something. If someone has a better idea, let me know and I can change it. PLease, if you have a better idea, let me know. lol.)...as our master calls us...human....as you know....we are designed...to kill your kind..jedi...sith..if ever we needed to....we developed beyond our creators expectations...we are a product of there genetic tampering....and I was an experiment that they carried a little to far...."
