Ketreelawa watched as Jarx tackled a beast and ordered the group to run. Does he actually believe that we'd run? We are jedi. We stand and fight not run and cower. She thought before grabbing her Ryyk blade and lightsaber and attacked the beast Jarx was fighting. A smile flickered to her face momentarily, See? she told herself, This group is closer. Not too long ago they all wanted to kill each other. Now we are fighting with and for each other.

Sarahi hesitated, like the rest of the group. She had always had a hard time following orders, ever since she was little. Now though, it seemed that Jarx's orders were legitimate. Sarahi knew that if the group wouldn't listen to Jarx, they would most likely listen to her...she hoped.
Clutching her bleeding arm Sarahi made her way to the door. "Come on, sometimes losing a fight is better than losing your life."

Aurra immediately took Jarx's advice and ran for the nearest door.

Jarx looked up at the wookie, "I didn't tell you to fight, I said run! Now go!"
He slammed his fist several times into the beast's head. THe thing was a little dazed which gave Jarx time to activate a thermal detonator and shove it down the beast's throat.
Fidella and the others ran for the door, followed by thw wookie, then Jarx. THe beast on the ground started shaking and the other beasts seemed to know what had transpired and were running for there own cover.
Jarx and the others made it through the door way just as the beast exploded.
----------------------------------------------------------
The Dark Lord watched the whole thing through a video feed that his men had hooked up in the installation. He wanted to know his opponents and this was the best way.
"I hated those beasts when we were down there." He heard one of his officers mutter.
THe Dark Lord looked at him, "THose beasts still have a purpose. ANd I believe they will accomplish that purpose with percision."
---------------------------------------------------
Jarx and the whole group were running down the corridor, "What were those things?"
Fidella looked at Brendak, "It doesn't matter what they are. Just that they seem intelligent beyond ordinary animals."
"Esspecially that red one. Those animals seem to be made from an organic metal like material." Jarx spoke.
They could hear the beasts behind them, howling, in anger. Jarx turned his head just to see the lead beast turn the corner with long strides, THose things will catch us in seconds.
Several more beasts followed their leader. Jarx saw several forks in the corridor, "We have to split up. You choose who you want to go with, but we split up."
He turned his body to fire several shots at the beasts. Most of them hit, none of them were brought down. Jarx then turned to the left followed by Kara, and Fidella went straight.
(Choose to go left, right, or straight.)

Jenina stayed beside Sarahi, applying an ointment and then a protective liquid bandage that instantly hardened over the wound, yet was as light as the skin it covered.
Lisa turned, looking around. Cleaning her knives, she debated the obvious choices. Something stirred in her mind, a glimpse of a memory. Standing, she headed down the right path.

Sarahi nodded to Jenina in thanks and decided to head straight.
~~~
Cla'Tal wiped the sweat from his brow. "Those things were nasty, but keep a tight grip on the ligthsaber." he said while deciding which way to go. Without a second thought he followed Lisa down the right path.
Lisa paused for a second, studying something on the wall. With a shrug, she continued walking, trying to puzzle out the glimpse of the memory tugging at her mind. She glanced back as Cla'Tal followed. "Hey.."
Jenina followed Sarahi, hoping the Master wouldn't mind her tailing along, or think of her as a nuisance.
Ketreelawa quickly examined all her options. Right... a voice recommended into her mind. She turned right.
Aurra didn’t trust the Jedi and never had. She didn’t understand their ways and their ‘force’ sensitivity, nor did she want to. She didn’t like how they always seemed to ‘know’ what others were thinking. After the recent death of her father, Neal Lunelle, Aurra’s distrust in the Jedi had grown.
Aurra watched as the group dispersed into three subgroups. Ketreelawa, Cla’Tal, and Lisa, went down the corridor to the right, while Jenina, Fiddela, and Sarahi, went straight, and Jarx and Kara began to head toward the corridor to the left. Aurra quickly made a silent decision to head left. The less Jedi around the better.
Brendak had to make a choice, and he chose to go straight. He felt that four jedi had a good chance on holding their own then the other groups did.
---------------------------------
Jarx looked behind him to see Aurra and Kara following. He knew not many would follow, but he didn't want that many to follow him. He worked better in small groups.
He kept his finger close his blaster at all times. He could still hear the growls of the animals behind him, and all he needed was one jumping him unprepared.
Kara walked behind in a smooth stride. She barely made a sound. From the way she carried herself Jarx guessed that she had more of a disciplined background then she let on. She stayed quite most of the time, she didn't question commands, in fact, she never even said one thing against anything any of the jedi said, or what he said.
Jarx then let his eyes glance at Aurra, who couldn't tell if he was looking at her or not with his helmet blocking his eyes from her's. She seemed like a kid who could handle herself. She also seemed to have a severe distrust of jedi which might have explained why she came this way instead of going with any of the other groups. She also seemed to lack some of the discipline that Kara had. Ready to mouth off at a moment's notice if she needed to, or wanted to.
Jarx mentally shook his head and looked foward again and drew his blaster. He heard something feint and distinct. Like metal scratching against metal. Kara seemed to have taken his hint because her lightsaber was drawn and ready to be activated at a moments notice.
As the three turned the corner, they spotted one of the beasts bending over something at the other end of the corridor. A distinct munching sound could be heard, Don't tell me it's...
It turned to look at the three intruders, with blood dripping off of its maw. Beyond it was the body of a sith soldier who looked like it had been getting munched on for several days.
THe beast seemed to be looking them over, seeing wether or not the intruders were worth it's attention. Apparently they were, since it started galloping towards them at a surprising speed.
Jarx didn't even have time to get a shot off when it was on him. The impact from the thing made them both go several feet the opposite direction before they finally landed on the ground. The breadth knocked out of him, Jarx stared up into the beast's red eyes.
He could sense the hatred, the malice behind those two red beady eyes. Jarx looked over to see his blaster had been knocked from his hands several feet away. The beast started opening its maw before Jarx used both of his hands to keep it shut close, but he couldn't hold it for long.
------------------------------------
Fidella and his group walked slowly, hearing the beasts howls die away slowly. He didn't know if they were just going silent so they could stalk them easier, or if they were farther away. Either way, he couldn't sense them, which bothered him emensly.
(I’m still not really sure what this creature is, so I hope this is okay. Let me know if you want me to change this. ) Aurra quickly drew another blaster and threw it toward Jarx, before firing several times at the metallic beast. The blaster fire seemed to have no effect. Aurra kept firing her blaster at the black, metallic beast and a stray blaster shot hit one of the beast’s red, metallic eyes. The menacing beast made a terrible screaming noise and threw it front legs in the air. Aurra pulled out one of many blades from her belt and threw it towards the beast’s open mouth. Then Aurra ran over to Jarx. “You okay?” she asked in a hurried tone.
Jarx nodded his head and was about to say thank-you when he saw the beast crush the knife in it's mouth. It glared at Aurra with it's one eyed gaze, intent on killing her first. It never got the chance.
Kara came down on it with a lightsaber furry. She sliced the head clean off the body and it tumbled several feet before the body behind it fell limp to the ground.
Jarx got up and could hear several more behind them, "Let's keep moving." As he walked he bent down and grabbed his blaster.
--------------------------------
FIdella and the others had been walking for several minutes till they came to a series of doors. THey all took the door to their right and found something they were not quite expecting.
There were giant bacta tank like cylinders lining the opposite wall. At first it looked like a medical station till they noticed that some of them had a beast inside.
Fidella muttered, "By the Force...what is this place?"
Sarahi took in a sharp breath and stepped forward to touch on of the tanks. Before she did so, she drew her hand back afraid she may trigger a trap. She backed away and hung her head. "This is..." Sarahi's hands balled into fists. "Why would someone create something for such evil purposes? Hut'uune! Hiding behind their creations! If they were real sith they wouldn't be afraid of a challenge! They'd fight face to face!" My brother was an idiot and he even did so.
---------
Cla'Tal hummed softly to himself. "We're walking down a dark creepy tunnel, with ugly beaties chasing us. Unsure if death is around the corner, oh the wonderful life of a jedi!"
Jenina stared. By the Force, what was going on?
Lisa grinned, humming along. Cla'Tal's attitude was much different from most she had met. His disposition suited him. As they walked along, the tune she hummed turned into a little tune from her past, brought to her voice by her subconscious mind.
Ketreelawa smiled as the small group she was with started to hum happily. It seemed like an eternity since she had met happy beings such as Lisa and Cla'Tal, beings that were always looking on the bright side of things. Since she couldn't hum along with them, she just decided to listen.
