Shaa ran her fingers along the weapons, and suddenly felt a a broken blaster in the corner. She picked up the two halves, and studied them. "Mandalorian junkie." She muttered, setting it back down.

Ketreelawa glanced over at the...evidence of her mistake, then guiltily decided that she should be elsewhere.
"Is that where you learned to use a blade?" Aurra asked Lisa.
Ketreelawa suddenly had a new interest in Aurra and Lisa's conversation and decided that she should join in.
"The beauty of a blade is one that no lightsaber can replace." Ketreelawa said, unsheathing her ryyk blade and admiring it.

Quickly growing bored with what was around her, Sarahi sat down on the floor and closed her eyes. She blocked out everyone speaking around her and drank in their movements through the Force. "I should have taken the solo mission..." Sarahi mumbled.

Cla'Tal couldn't believe Sarahi had lowred herself to taking a blaster. A blaster! They were jedi for padawan's sake! He shook his head; never once had he handled a blaster. He was three when he came to the jedi temple. The only weapon he had ever held was a lightsaber. "Whatever." he muttered under his breath.
He walked over to Shaa and put on a fake smile. "What I wouldn't give to be back at the Temple right now."

"I know." Shaa smiled back at Cla'tal.
She then picked up another blaster hanging on the wall, and aimed it at a small crack in the floor.
"Has nice aim," She muttered, placing it back on the wall. "But I would never take a blaster. I've had too many bad experiences with blasters. . ."

Jarx opened a safe he had in the room and very carefully pulled out a lightsaber. He held it in his hands, then put it inside a notch in his armor and closed it. He did it so that no one would see.
He turned and spoke, "Okay everyone, get inside the big truck and strap yourself in. I will take a speeder, and one of you can take the other one. Then who ever is in the truck can drive."
(Next post we go to the installation, one of the last threads on this planet. Ya!)

Aurra perked up when she heard Jarx say, "One of you can take the other one."
Then turning back to Lisa and Ketreelawa she said, "I believe I just got some new orders to drive a speeder."
Aurra then walked casually over to the speeder Jarx referred to and jumped on. It's nice being back on a speeder again. Aurra thought.

Ketreelawa headed towards the truck, seeing that Aurra had quickly claimed the other speeder. She chuckled to herself, That Aurra, she's quite the character.

Lisa shook her head, grinning. Slipping the blade into her knife-sheath, she walked to the truck.
Jenina was lost in a book she had found, and didn't notice everyone was leaving.

Shaa walked up the Jenina, and seeing that she wasn't moving, tapped her on the shoulder.
"We're heading for the truck, Jenina. You'd best follow us." She smiled.

Cla'Tal opened his mouth to say something back to Shaa, but Jarx interrupted with an announcement that they were leaving. Gotta grab that last speeder. He thought and headed in it's direction, only to his disappointment, Aurra had gotten to it first.
Cla'Tal sighed and took up the driver's side of the truck. Better than sitting in the back.

Sarahi got up and sighed. "We get a move on finally." she said hopping in the back of the truck. She sighed and sat down, making sure she strapped herself in. "With Cla'Tal driving...we should be fine...I hope." Sarahi closed her eyes and pulled her hood over her head. The few hours of sleep she had before her mission where starting to catch up to her.

Shaa walked up the Jenina, and seeing that she wasn't moving, tapped her on the shoulder. "We're heading for the truck, Jenina. You'd best follow us." She smiled. Jenina smiled, and climbed into the back of the truck, sitting next to Sarahi. She had heard much about this Jedi. Looking around, she decided now was as good a time as any to work on her meditation skills. Closing her eyes, she opened her mind, and began to meditate. Lisa climbed into the truck, and settled in the corner, excited. |

I will not fall asleep, I will not fall asleep. Sarahi told herself over and over again. Normally for other jedi when they told themselves they wouldn't sleep, they always did, but Sarahi had trained her body to obey her thoughts. It could be a good thing...or a bad one.
Sarahi relaxed and drank in the Force. As of now she was depending on it to stay awake and give her energy. Sarahi rarely slept on missions, not since... she winced.
