Jarx had already made the call for everyone to go to the war room. He already saw that Fiddella had walked out. The wookie and pilot were doing the same thing.
Jarx looked back, out the cockpit, and saw the huge docking station's walls, and knew they were safe...for now. He looked foward, now he had to deal with a rag tag team of jedi. This was not going to be fun.
--------------------------------
Fiddella saw Jarx enter the war room. He as the last to arrive, and Fiddella still suspected him of being a traitor.
If he isn't a jedi, he is not trustworthy. If he is a Mandalorian, you should not even think of trusting him. But we go ahead and make him the leader of this mission, which on all accounts is in shambles with the unsuspected arrival of the sith...
The war room was somewhat big compared to some of the other rooms in the ship. It had a big cicular table with seats around it. The table could turn into a holographic transmitter, showing you maps, people, information, ect.
Jarx went to a certain chair by the table. It was already occupied by Brendak, who just looked at the Mandalorian.
Jarx just looked down, his helmet masking an emotion someone could use to gain a upper hand in a conversation, or even in a fight. As of yet, Jarx had yet to show his face to his supposeded comrads.
"I reccomend you move." Jarx muttered. He was only heard because of the quiteness of the room.
Brendak just watched him. Then he slowly gripped the handles, and lifted himself out of the chair, and went to a different one.
Jarx still stood, but pressed a button in front of the chair which opened a control panal. Fiddella assumed it was to operate the holographic screen.
Jarx started speaking, "As we all know, we are on the planet of Taris."
The lights dimmed and the image of the planet of Taris came into view, "We are located here, in the Lower City."
A spot on the map blinked red. It zoomed into that location till everyone saw the lower city, "Before I proceed, let me show you what happened in space."
It zoomed back out to show the image of space, the space station, and all of the events that had transpired, "While we were having our meeting, a republic Hammer Head came out of Hyperspace. Sith ships ambushed it, while sending out some others to take care of this space station, and others to take care of the planet below, and any resistance the two planets may have pulled." It showed the events Jarx described, "Then, an explosion rocked the space station, which came from her ship." He motioned to the young female piliot who just watched in anticipation.
"We proceeded out of the hanger, and the Hammer Head blew. But before it did, I was able to get an encoded Republic Transmission, that told me of what cargo it held. It's cargo held Bastilla, the famous jedi who recently took down Darth Revan."
He let that sink in before continuing, "The ship was captained by Carth Onasi. And I figured out who is commanding the sith ships, Darth Malak."
Fiddella tensed, Darth Malak, here? It made sense, him coming after the person who had taken his master almost head on.
Jarx continued speaking, "You will see how this all effects us after I explain a few more things."
The image zoomed into the planet, "As of now, the Sith have blockaded the planet, and have station troops all over Taris, looking for Bastilla's escape pod. Their is no way out of this planet. But, we can still continue with our original mission."
"Which was what, exactly?" asked Cla' Tal.
The computur image zoomed in on a energy signiture, in the Lower City. "The Republic base that was stationed here recently started picking up huge energy spikes coming from the Lower City, and deeper-"
"Deeper?! How can it get deeper!" shouted Brendak.
Jarx looked at the man, "Don't ask me. At any rate, the mission is simple, get down their, investigate, find out what it is, see if it is a threat to the Republic or the Jedi. If it is, eliminate that threat, if it isn't, find a way to report to the jedi. And now, we need to look for escape pods for Republic soldiers, finding any would greatly assist us. Any questions?"
