Jarx paid the Twi' lek, and the group went into the room, enough beds for all of them, and two bathrooms.
He then turned to the three, who caused him grief, "Put a helmet on, and if I had a box of rancors, I would shake it at you!"
The three looked at him confused. Jarx then proceeded to slap Cla on the back of the head, five times, just because he was close enough.
"You know what could have happened! We could have been put in prison, then to death, after we are all tortured! Idiots! Bafoons! All of you! I better never see that again, or I am personally going to take my blaster, and shoot you three jedi to kingdom come! Do I make myself clear!"
Fidella sat on his bed and had a small smile, he had never seen a man get so upset, he needed to control his emotions better.
Mic sat down, and gave a chuckle.

Jenina jumped, startled. She scooted to a corner, and stood, watching, her eyes wide. She shuddered each time the slap sounded in the room.
Lisa shook her head, letting her ears free of the hair she had covered them with. "Ahh...that feels better..."

((Robbie! *is shaking with laughter* Priceless, my friend.))
Adara took the lecture calmly. She had slipped up, and she knew it. She bowed her head in acknowledgment, but also to hide a small smile. She may have acted on impulse, but she had seen a problem that needed to be solved, and decided to break up the fight. She had been too focused on a small problem, instead of looking at the overall picture. She had learned her lesson, and would be careful in the future.
She stood when she had her facial expressions under control, brushing her hair out of her face. "Yes sir. I think, at this point, we all understand."
~*~
Bren watched the proceedings with amusement, a smug smile on his face. He stood by the door into the apartment, a blaster pistol in his hand incase somebody didn't buy the story and turned them in. He watched Lisa as she shook her hair free. "Ahh...that feels better..."
Peeking a glance at a couple of the guys who seemed upset by the flirting between jedi, he decided to take a chance. "Your natural beauty is stunning," he said, winking.
((Remember, Bren is a bit of a flirt. He just hasn't had a chance to show it yet.))

(I knew you would say that, hope you did not mind. Hehe.)
Jarx gave a huff, "So, anything to say for yourselves, anything?"
Fidella looked out the window, and saw the streets, the people looked so small, so small. He could make out soldiers, and citizens. He also remembered the stares he got from some of the humans walking by.

((I don't mind. Mom wanted me to tell you, "to get your own lines, and to stop using ours." Lol. She wasn't serious though.)) Adara glanced at Cla 'Tal and Brendak. Normally, she would choose this moment to stay quiet. But if they wouldn't speak up...

(Your mom reads my posts? Cool. I wish I can get my own mom to read mine.)
Fidella stood up, and flattetened the wrinkles from his robe, "I will presume that escape pod out their was one we were trying to find. No one was in it."

Sarahi had politely told Adara that she didn't want to talk for a while, and she left it at that. Sarahi wanted to figure things out for herself, and she was constantly now kicking herself over and over again. Why did I let that get so out of hand so quickly? You're a master, not some padawan! Gah, Sarahi why do you have to be so dumb?!
Sarahi lifted her eyes slowly at Cla 'Tal. What they had had was a padawan's love. A love that was weak in some areas and strong in others. When Cla 'Tal had asked her to leave the jedi life behind, it was so hard to say no. Then without notice he had just left right after his jedi trial, not to be seen or heard from for nearly two years, and that was when Sarahi had needed a friend most. And his leaving had left her heart broken and torn. Over his two year bounty hunter spree, Sarahi's love had faded, forever losing that connection that had tied them together. Sarahi lowered her head, her face hidden by the shadows of her hood once again. You gave your heart away for it only to be cast aside and left raw and bleeding; she couldn't make that mistake twice. I'm sorry Cla 'Tal .... Brendak, my heart lies with the jedi, and a jedi has no attachments.
-----------------------
Cla 'Tal's head was numb, so he didn't quite feel the wrath of Jarx's hand. He looked at Jarx with sorrow filled eyes. "All I have to say is that I acted like a padawan, no, a youngling, and I endangered everyone's lives...and I am truely sorry." Cla 'Tal smiled a bit. "At least we gained something from your quick thinking..."
Cla 'Tal's mind wandered after he finished. Why was all this happening? He had come with Sarahi to try and grow closer to her and now...they had grown apart...far apart.
Back at the Jedi Temple things had been fine........
Hey, where are you heading off to Master Qui?
Sarahi smiled at him. "Tatooine. I have my ten day leave, and I got a tip on the death of my mother."
"Oh really?" Cla 'Tal had asked. "Well then I will acompany you."
"Cla 'Tal...I really need to do this on my o---"
"Aw, come on Sarahi. You're going to leave your best friend behind to rot away from boredom. I'll go pack my bag." he turned and started to leave the room.
Sarahi had finished in a whisper. "On my own."
Cla 'Tal blinked away the memory. She had never really wanted him to come in the first place! Sarahi had tried to tell him that her leave was a solo, personal mission; something she had needed to do alone. He had ignored her... he had always had ignored her. The time that she needed him most, he had left. And the time she hadn't needed him at all, he had followed her around. All she had ever needed was someone to support her...

Trent had put his things on a bed, though he did hate having to share a room with this many people, but he knew that he had to conserve his credits. With his funds frozen, who knew what could happen. He over heard the conversation that Jarx had had in the room with the others, and just sat by quietly and listened. Maybe now it was time to make a speach. Or maybe it wasnt. Anyways, Trent walked to the center of the room, and shouted to get everyones attention.
"Hey, you guys, this is something we all need to hear." Everyone turned to see him.
"First of all, no more street fighting. Like Jarx said, you could have nearly gotten us all killed. Secondly, no relationships. As you jedi know, and keep to code, relationships are more of a burden than anything else. And as you all saw, they can make people do rash things, very rash things. Let's try to leave this behind till after the mission, and we can all go home in one piece. Trent paused, looking at everyone.
"The third thing, the sith have recently captured my Hq on Taris, and are assaulting my main one on Baalen Dar. You've probily never heard of it, and I like to keep it that way. I still dont know how the sith found it. It shouldnt be a big deal except for a couple things." Trent paused again, his eyes shifting slightly, trying to decide whether or not he should tell everyone this.
"Besides freezing all of my asats, they are able to obtain...sensitive information. Some of this is classified files, and such. Many of which will be able to give the sith the cutting edge they need to dominate over the republic."

Shaa was in the back of the group. She couldn't see all that well, so she just listened. She closed her eyes and nearly drifted off to sleep, for she hadn't slept in two days, when she heard the part about the republic being dominated. Her eye's snapped open, sending shock waves throughout her own body and the room. “WHAT?! What kind of files did you have in there? This is horrible!!!” Shaa ran to the front of the room, shouting. She stared hard into Trent's face. “This is REALLY horrible!!!!”
{sweet writing Trent. ;D }

(I like it Trent, maybe we can have a side quest with this. One thing though, in this part of the war, the sith were not even close to Coruscant, so you need to edit their assault on your base.)
Jarx listened, "Interesting, sounds like your in a trap."
Fidella could care less of this man's problems. He seemed upstuck, and stubborn, and arrogant, and prideful, and a bunch of other things.

Jenina scooted out of the way, heading instead to somewhere she wouldn't be in anyone's business, or be a problem to anyone. She closed the door to one of the bathrooms, and sighed. She leaned her forehead against the cool wall, closing her eyes.
Lisa looked at Ben, and flashed a grin. "You really think so? I think I'm more of an oddity, something people stare at without thinking about the feelings of others..."

Trent looked at Shaa coldly.
"Files that if they crack, will spell the doom of the republic. Please dont ask why, or how, or why I would even have things like this. I do, its my job." Trent walked out of the room, and back into upper Taris for a quiet walk by himself.

Shaa heard Lisa's comment about herself from the front of the room. Oddity? Your the most beautiful person I've ever met Lisa! From the first time I saw you you were. Shaa sent a call though the force to Lisa. Lisa was also one Shaa's only friends, so she meant more to Shaa then Lisa would ever know. Not to mention Lisa was the only person who had listened to her when she had said she was hungry. But that didn't matter at all.

Everyone seemed to resting up or retreating into themselves. Cla 'Tal chose a bed and lay down on his side. It was a rare moment like this that he was able to gain precious sleep. He closed his eyes half asleep, with his senses on high alert to everything around him.
He felt through the Force around the room. Like him everyone else was alert to the things around them.
"Master Cla 'Tal..." a voice echoed in his head, it was a voice from his past that had stuck with him for a year now.
"I'm not a master, young one."
"I know, but I was thinking that if I work hard enough that maybe you---"
"I'm not going to take on a padawan, having one will only slow me down."
"But---"
"I'm sorry Cenlo Jedan, but the answer is still no. You have two years. Another jedi will come and take you as a padawan, just not me."
"I---understand." A look of sorrow flashed across Canlo's face.
Cla 'Tal shifted. That face of that young boy was a refection of his own. Jedi after jedi would not take him as a padawan, and it's a memory that hung with him for a long time. Cla 'Tal hated rejection, most of all...he hated the thought of being alone.
-------------------------
Sarahi let out a long sigh. No matter how hard she could try, sleep would never come, not now. She walked over and sat down on a bed in the shadows of the room. Glancing side to side very quickly Sarahi closed her eyes and put her hands to her mask.
Very carefully she took it off and winced. She reached in her pouch and grabbed a cloth and used it to clean off the rements of blaster residue and small particles of sand and dirt.
She gazed at her reflection for a minute. Part droid, and the result of a broken jedi rule. That's what you are Sarahi. You're only a jedi because they pity you. The galaxy pities you, your friends pity you, the ones you love pity you. With the sith, no one will ever look down on you. You could be feared, and no one would ever feel sorry for you.
"But I pity you brother. I feel sorry for you because you are lost to the dark side. You don't know what it's like to live, you've been a slave your whole life." Sarahi whispered quietly to herself and through the Force.
"Yes, but that is just you. No one else pities me, so it's your problem. Think about it." replied the voice again.
"Just leave me be..."
