Sarahi walked up close to the Jenina and lowered her voice so that only she may hear. "Do not worry, you are not the only one." she said hoping to offer some comfort. "Just use the Force, let it be a comfort." Jenina looked up at Sarahi, her expression a bit confused, but she was grateful. "I don't get it....I'm a Jedi...I thought Jedi didn't get scared...weren't supposed to be scared......" her voice trailed off, and she turned her face away. "I can't be a Jedi like this...I'll never be a good Jedi...I'll always be a scared little kid..." Lisa scanned the area with her cat eyes. She nodded. "There is something very wrong here...dangerous....lurking..." She stepped forward cautiously, knives raised. |

Sarahi understood how Jenina felt; she smiled. "You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. Take this moment as a life lesson and learn from it, and try not to let your fear control you."
Sarahi looked around and pulled her hood over her face. She took a deep breth and then pulled off her mask to reveal her ligthsaber burned face. "This," Sarahi continued. "Is what happens when you let fear control you. I was afriad to lose something and it scarred me for life."

She raised her twin yellow sabers, and stood ready. |

Sarahi nodded seeing Jenina's confidence return and clicked her mask back into place. She took a deep breath, it was so hard to breathe without the mask on her face.
Sarahi walked forward and looked at the metal plating on the side of the cave's walls. Cla 'Tal stood stood five feet away looking around. "It's like this cave, tunnel, or whatever, is like an emergency exit of some kind." he paused and then added. "Or the exit for something.

Jarx panned the light so it showed the stalgmites, and the stalgtites. There was a constant dripping sound, it was growing annoying.
Fidella turned on his lightsaber. He had grown his strength ever since getting away from the sith warships. He felt something watching them, he used the force to throw a pebble at the prescene. It hit something, and there was heavy breathing afterwards, then a scuttling sound, as whatever it was, ran away, "Something is in here with us, and it is not sith."

Jenina huddled closer to Lisa, her sabers raised, ready. She wasn't sure what was ahead of them...
Lisa looked around, listening intently. Her ears swiveled to track the sounds. She nodded. "You are correct. It is not Sith...their presence comes from above us...." She scanned the area with her cat eyes, sniffing the air.

Trent followed the others as the things he saw had moved on.
"They were ODST, but maybe they were mercs, or something....or maybe even some sort of strange being..." Trent kept his guard up, cautiously looking around.
"Trent, do you feel it? Something evil, anceint, and just plain creepy is here."
"Yeah, I feel it too." Trent let out a deep breath, and used some of his training to calm his mind, and let the force flow freely through his body.
"I'm going to light up like a lightbulb to any force user in the area, but lets hope that there arent any..."

Lisa grinned wryly. "Well, any force users out there besides this group..." she joked. "You'll really do that? Light up like a lightbulb?" She looked around, watching for any sign of movement..
Jenina closed her eyes, and let herself go into the Force. It soothed her fears and trembling, and she couldn't see the darkness. She practiced a breathing exercise she had learned long ago. In...out...slow....in...out...

Fullmen scanned the walls of the cave ((I assume that's where we are)) looking for anything outt of the ordinary. He looked back down the tunnel. "I though I smelled something," he muttered and unshouldered his blaster rifle.

Jarx kept his eapon ready. He took several more steps forward, and heard a low growl. He pointed his weapon in the general direction of the sound, and opened fire with a few quick bursts.
A form darted out of its hiding place, nocking him down, it was on him, a white bundle of fur, bigger the any man.
Several of the creatures came out, they were white, and gigantic hands. They were taller then any man or women in the group, and the had black eyes, and fangs that could tear into armor.
Fidella used his lightsaber to fell the beast who was on Jarx, who in turn, shot the creature coming up from behind.
Mic had his red lightsaber ready to strike any creature that came near.

Jenina choked back a scream that tried to escape. These tings were like something out of a nightmare...or the 'monsters under the bed/in the closet' for children...only worse... She threw her twin yellow lightsabers, using the Force to guide them.
Lisa acted impulsively. She crouched, and darted this way and that, slashing with her hand-knives, and biting with her feline teeth. She used the Force to aid her speed, and to time reflexes...

Sarahi stepped back and summoned the Force trying to control these creatures and have them retreat. Come on! One of the creatures charged at her. Sarahi reached for her lightsaber...too late. The creature swung her into the cave's wall, her ribs cracked, and her lightsaber flew out of her hand and skidded ten feet away.
"Sarahi!" Cla 'Tal called out. He smashed his lighsaber into one of the creatures' face.
The creature stalked toward her. Sarahitried desperately to get up but her ribs scream in agony. Sarahi called her lightsaber to her, it flew into her hand, and she ignited it. It was above her now, she closed her eyes and Force pushed the creature back.
Cla 'Tal ran over to her. "Sarahi, are you all right?"
"Get up Sarahi!" called a voice very much like her father's. "Be stong, so no weakness!"
With shaking legs Sarahi pushed herslf off the ground ignoring the cries from her fractured ribs. "I'm fine. Not quite a sith, but these will have to do."
Sarahi Force leapt onto the creature that had attacked her and then with a thrust downward she stabbed her lightsaber into the creatures skull. Before it could fall and hurt her anymore she leapt of the thing as it swayed and fell.

Cla 'Tal had to be strong. He had to make himself think of Sarahi as a friend. He jumped away from a pair of snapping jaws. "So, living in this cave, what do you eat?" he laughed at the creature. It growled and charged at him, but Cla 'Tal leapt away again. "You sure are dumb." He could feel feel a loose stalactite above him. He backed away and beckoned the creature under it. "Come you devil a little further."
The creature took one step forward...two steps...and right on target. Cla 'Tal brought the stalactite down upon the creature and it pinned it's large body into the ground.
"Nicely done." said Sarahi who had just jumped off a creature she killed.
"Not as good as you though, I'm not the one who was thron against the cave wall."

Jenina was distracted for a moment when she saw Sarahi get hit. "No!" She didn't realize she had taken her attention away from the fight. A creature swiped her across the side of her head, leaving deep scratches on her left cheek. She fell backwards, dazed.
Lisa heard Jenina. She turned back to one of the creatures, determined to wipe them out. You want a fight? You'll get one....and you will all die.....No-one hurts my friends.... She sent her throwing knives spinning through two creatures, barely flinching.
Jenina slowly managed to get to her feet, and made her way to Sarahi. "I have a medpack/first aid kit.... I could try to patch you up....those ribs can't be feeling too good...

Sarahi looked at Jenina and nodded her head thankfully. "I am fine for now, the Force is keeping me stable, but we need to focus on these creatures first."
Sarahi jumped over Jenina and sliced open one of the creature's throats. As it came down it's claw scraped across the metal mask on her face. Sarahi jumped back and felt her mask. No harm done. she thought. She looked back to Jenina. "Always focus on the objective. Never forget that."
"You would make a good master to a youngling my young padawan." said the voice of her old master.
Maybe I would... Sarahi thought with a smile.

Jenina nodded. "I understand, Master Qui..." She crouched, and used the Force to send her twin sabers circling, slicing through creatures. She turned her head to avoid the sight. She wiped the blood from her face, but it didn't make much of a difference. She ignored the stinging from her wounds, and focused, as Sarahi had told her.
Lisa snarled as she sliced through creatures. No-one touches my friends....not after what happened to the others.... she was caught in the past for a moment. She shook free, and hurled her knives through another creature.
