A long time ago, in a galaxy, far, far, away….
STAR WARS
It is the time of the Jedi Civil war, about four thousand years before the invasion of Naboo by the trade federation, in the times of Darth Revan and Darth Malik.
Communication has been lost on an abadoned outpost on a distant planet, and this has caused the Jedi to worry. They have sent Jedi to meet with Mercenaries on the planet of Tatooine, in a cantine in the city of Anchorhead.
Little do the Jedi know, that an evil is lurking, a evil, that will try to consume them all...... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jarx Mandalore, sat in the chair by the bar. He got the message from the Jedi three days ago, and they were to meet him here, as other mercenaries. They were paying big credits for this job, and they were keeping the job hush, hush. Which was evident by meeting him on the backwater planet of Tatooine, and they were late. He didn’t like it when people were late.
He took another sip of his drink, receiving that last drop of liquid. He set the cup down and the man behind the bar took it, he looked at Jarx, questioning him with his posture if he wanted another one. Jarx shook his head. He was not thirsty, and he was not going to drink if he wasn’t thirsty.
He turned his head to see several figures entering the room, a couple seconds from each other, looking around, as if looking for someone. He withdrew his datapad from his equiptment bag and looked at it. He nodded his head as if agreeing with himself. These were some of the people who were supposed to be here.
The first man that entered was Fullmen Cerberus, he wore sith armor with modifications obviously. He got some curious and cautious glances, but they people went back to there drinks, deciding to mind there own business. Fullmen’s helmet was off, and his white hair was, unique, per say. As were his white eyes. Fullmen saw Jarx and head towards him.
The second man was called Bren Kull, he obviously was a smuggler, just by looking at him. He examined everyone in the room, and was cautious of Fullmen. He saw Jarx and also walked over. Jarx noticed the blue mandalorian suite Bren Kull wore, but Jarx new from experience that Bren was not a mandalorian, just by the way he walked. The scar on Bren’s face got him some glances also.
He took a double glance at a third man, who was not in his datapad, but had a lightsaber. The man walked over to some Jawas, and started talking to them, like they were old chums. It was a weird thing, but Jarx shook his head of it, he had seen weirder things in the past.
He noticed a female, and new she was the Jedi who was already here. Her name was Adare Kutar. Jarx examined her, she felt his gaze and looked at him, she walked over as she recognize him as the mercenary to meet.
He saw the man, named Trent Springfield enter the cantina. A ex-jedi. Jarx asked for him to be here, as he was a owner of a company. Trent saw him, and walked over, his echani battle suite barely visible.
Jarx stood up, and motioned for the people to follow him to a rather large table, and they all took there seats.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Falik Swelick stepped off the ship, as did the other passengers. As left the docking station, they made there way to the cantina. He was followed by several Jedi, and some extra passengers that were good friends of the jedi who accompined him. He didn’t approve of such attatchments, but, the counsel aloud it as the needed more skills added to the group. He shook his head in frustration, they have employed the work of murderers and thieves in his opinion. He was exceptionly angry when he was told a Mandalorian was going to be in charge, right next to him, of this expedition. He had to control his feelings, but always felt that bubbelling feeling inside. And he could not make it go away.
The group entered the cantina and saw the group of Mercenaries in a corner of the cantina. Falik rolled his neck and took a seat. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jarx made sure everyone sat down before he began, “As all of you know, we are now being employed by the jedi, and will be working with them.” He motioned towards the jedi sitting at the table, “Before we let the Jedi Master, Falik Swelick, began. Lets all introduce ourselves, so we know who we are working with. Maybe even tell a little about yourselves. I do not know about you, but I do want to know who I am working with.”
He leaned back in his chair, and saw the Jedi Master across from him fuming. He obviously was already on the wrong foot with this Twi’lick, despite the Falik having such a funny name. And he obviously did not like Jarx beginning the conversation. Oh well.
(okay guys, make your introductions and stuff like that, also put thoughts of what you think of other people, and have fun!)

Fullmen rested his feet on the table and examined the assembled mercenaries and jedi. He didn't like the looks of the jedi, but that was probably his merc senses tingling. "The name is Fullmen," he said. "It will be an honor working with you."
Fullmen turned his gaze toward Julie, and shook his head slowly. /Amateurs,/ he thought, and continued looking around the table.

Sarahi Qui had wanted to blend into the environment around her, but she wasn’t going to lower herself as a drunk or…she shook her head and left the thought in the shadows of her past. She pulled her hood over her face and walked forward getting ready to go into yet another bar.
A hand grabbed her shoulder. “Don’t you think you want me to go in first?” It was Cla ‘Tal.He smiled broadly. “After all, I am pretty good at acting like the rest of these people around her. Sarahi raised an eyebrow; it was true. Cla ‘Tal had seemed to managed to find clothing that matched the locals around the area and he swayed slightly as though he were half drunk.
It also seemed as though Cla ‘Tal had forgotten why they came to this planet in the first place. Sarahi rolled her eyes and pushed open the bar door. Immediately Sarahi could feel the force flow around her. This raised questions in her mind of whether or not she was the only jedi in the room.
She lingered in the doorway a bit longer and then turned around to catch Cla ‘Tal who as over-acting a bit too much for her liking. She gave him a look of disapproval and then help straightened him out. She whispered to him warningly. “I don’t like the extra presence of the force around here in this bar. Keep your eyes and ears open, but don’t raise any suspicions.” Cla ‘Tal rolled his eyes and shoved passed her. Sarahi couldn’t tell if he was annoyed or just acting.
Sarahi looked around the room and her eyes locked onto a crowded table with the most unusual looking group. Interested in what they were doing there Sarahi sat close to the table and adjusted the hearing knob on the side of her mask. It was convenient at the time to have such a feature to her face for it provided excellent hearing and eyesight, but normally Sarahi was ashamed to show her face at all.
Sarahi listened intently on the conversation going around the table. Sarahi order a drink and then sat and waited, hoping to hear a key point in the conversation that would lead to another clue to her mother’s murder.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Cla ‘Tal had just been trying to make Sarahi smile; he loved it when she smiled. It seemed now that she was irritated at him for ‘over-acting’ and trying to blend in. He sat down at a table next to a large group and sighed. It was most likely best to give her space.
Cla ‘Tal order a drink and looked around the room avoiding a glance at Sarahi. He kept his head lowered and his eyes and ears open, just like Sarahi had asked.

Jarx noticed the two jedi that sat behind them. He was not an idiot, he was trained to notice people like that. In the mandalorian wars, it was considered an honor to fight a jedi, a knight of the Republic. But that was the past, and he did not like people listening in on the conversation. And he did not like that smart alek attitude of this Julie, they were going to rub against each other.
Falik also noticed the two jedi, and he motioned them to come over with the force. He also did not like the merc who was dressed up like a sith trooper, but he was already hired, so he would have to do.
Falik looked at Juli, and gave her a stern look, he did not like the extra guests his jedi brought, but it couldn't be help. He looked forward at the Mandalorian, then at the others, "My name is Falik, Swelick, I am the Jedi master of this expedition."
Jarx then spoke, "I am Jarx Mandalore, I am also in command, I have fought in the mandalorian wars, with and against the mandalorians."
He said that a little to loud and got stairs from some of the tenders at the cantina, but they went about there bussiness.

(This is typed before Robbie's post) Mic stared at the jedi with the mask. He senced anger and lose in her. "Hmmm... I'm going to get a drink." Mic stood up and walked to the counter. "I'll have a glass of water," he said to the bar tender. "Ha! What are you som-" Mic whipped out a red lightsaber. "Water. Please." "Uh... sure. Coming right up." "Thank you." Mic sat down and put a coin on the table. "This will cover it." He looked around than nodded to a few Jawas sitting at a table near the door. They stood and left. "One glass of water. Uh. Sir." "Thanks for the water," Mic waved his hand over the glass. A red liquid floated on the surface than disappeared. "but I'm not paying for the poison." Mic took the glass to the table he had been sit at with the Jawas, taking sips every few seconds. He glanced from a crowd of people near the middle of the bar to the door.

The red blade hadn’t surprised Sarahi at all, but the call though the force did. She rubbed the metal plating on the right side of her face. It was hard not to react to such things, and the only thing she could really do was sit and pretend like it was just a normal day. She could do that or…
Sarahi switched turned down the hearing on her mask and slid a credit under her glass. She nodded to the bar tender and turned around and stared at Cla ‘Tal. He glanced at her; surely he had felt the call to? She waited for…yes a nod came from him. And she stood up and headed towards the door hoping that maybe the group would just let them be.
------------------------------
Cla ‘Tal hand instinctively went to his lightsaber when he saw the red blade ignite. His fingers tingled with anticipation, he glanced at Sarahi…how would she react? She didn’t even turn. He relaxed just as much as he need to and then cast then turned back to his drink.
Cla ‘Tal was called through the force. Was it Sarahi? His eyes glanced at her. No, her calls normally flowed smoothly. This call was quiet rough, almost as if…Cla ‘Tal could feel it was time to go. He looked at Sarahi one last time, she was looking at him. After a quick nod, telling her he had felt it to, Sarahi got up and headed towards the door.
Cla ‘Tal waited a moment, left a few credits on the table to pay for his drink and then got up to leave as well.

Jarx ignored the red blade, it did not bother him, but it probably bothered the jedi. He could all of their hands quickly grab hold of their lightsabers, tensing, then they stopped.
He looked over at the man who drew the lightsaber, he did not look like a sith. But he knew how to handle that lightsaber, probably was another ex-jedi, or was good with the blade. Obviously the man was intrested in why so many people were at one table, so Jarx beconed him, the more the merrier. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Falik saw the gesture and cupped his hands, setting his head in them, like he was frustrated. He notice the two leaving, and again called out to them. He was not going to have mercenaries outnumber jedi, not on this mission. THis time he sent words, 'I am Jedi Master Falick, join us.'
He didn't know why those two were on Tatooine, but he had under the order of the jedi to invite any jedi to join them, the counsel explained the mission to him, and said it would be dangerous. HE still did not fully understand why it would be, just that they were going off of their sense of disturbence, and that the communication blackout on Outpost station 31334, or know as Outpost Storm, was more then it seemed. ---------------------------------------------------- Jarx looked at the group, "Time is short, the Jedi here will explain why he is here, and we will be on our way. We can talk to each other later I guess, I just not getting good feelings at the moment." He gestured to two men, a trandoshan, and a gran, sitting in the corner. Watching them. ------------------------------------------------------- Falik saw them, but paid them no mind, "We lost communication with Outpost storm, it is a spy station, used to watch sith movements. There has been recent activity out in that quadrent of space. But we lost communication shortly after that report. We are to find the outpost, see what happened, record our findings, and get back to Coruscant, and you all will be handsomely paid. Besides us Jedi, we do not need payment."
Jarx saw one of the jedi near the jedi master grimace, /I guess he does not agree. Funny./ Jarx thought to himself.
He got up and said, "Well Jedi master, take us to the ship we will be using."
The jedi master looked at him, "What do you mean? You were the one who was supposed to transport us. You said you had a ship, which led the counsel to believe you will take us were we need to go."
Jarx sat down with a sigh, "Then you heard wrong jedi. I got here by my fighter. FIGHTER! NOT A TRANSPORT SHIP!" He shouted. He was going red in the face.
Falik kept calm, "Then apparently we will need to find us a ship, mandalorian."
Jarx shook his head in anger, and left the table, "Fine, I will find a ship, then you stay here, and twiddle your thumbs, like you inactive, pacifist jedi always do."
He stormed out of the cantina, leaving the group behind in his wake, passing by the man with the red lightsaber, who undoubtly heard the conversation about the outpost, and the two bewildered jedi who eavsdropped. /I hate jedi like him./ he thought to himself, as he stepped in the hot deserty air of the city of anchorhead, on the planet tatooine. He no have to find them a ship, he knew some people on the planet, but not many.
Falik bowed his head, he hated mandalorians. He calmed himself, /Jedi are not to hate. Anger leads to the dark side./ he calmly reminded himself./
He looked up at the group who was looking at him, "Well, keep introducing yourselves." he turned his head away.

Fullmen watch the Mandalorian shout at the jedi and storm out. "Well, that was interesting," he shrugged and stood up. "Well, sounds like we're in need of a ship. Good luck to all o you to find one, I'm going to see if I can find any more blaster packs around this place," he waved and walked towards the exit. "Have fun."

Falik grabbed ahold of the mercenary, "Your not going anywhere. I do not want another man walking out." ------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jarx walked along the streets of Anchorhead, heading towards the spaceport. He saw the hunting lounge, and the Czerka emploing office.
He entered the space port and saw his fighter in one of the docking bays. It was a modified sith Interceptor, modified with red and gold painting, and his mandalorian clan symbol painted on the side. He stole it from some sith a couple years back, and it had served him well.
He turned towards the maintence crew, which consisted of Rodians, men, and twilecks.
A door was to his left, and he entered it, he saw several people roaming around, consisting of several species. He saw one in particular who sat in the corner, it was a bith, and the bith saw him too, and got up to leave. Jarx put his hand on his shoulder, "Calm down Rath, I am not here to hurt you."
THe bith spoke his launguage, the Jarx understood, "Not hurt me he says. Last time he said that, I was shot by a jawa."
"Hey Rath, the Jawa didn't look that dangerous."
The bith muttered, "Say that to my battery generator."
Jarx ignored the comment, Rath had pulled for him before, maybe he could help now, "Rath, I am looking for a ship, that can hold a dozen people at least."
Rath looked at him, "Go rent a transport ship."
"It is not that simple Rath, I need weapons on it."
Rath shook his head, "No way, to many deals have gone south when I am dealing with you."
"It is not my fault that the Rodian was a thief, or the Trandoshan was looking to kill me."
"Not his fault he says, say that to my wallet."
Jarx was getting frustrated, "Rath, that is the past. I need a ship."
Rath looked at him, his black eyes examining him, "Fine, I will tell you who you can meet, but I will not broker a deal this time. If you have a dozen people, have them come with you."
"Thanks Rath, I knew you pull for me."
Rath bowed his head, "The man works for the Exchange Jarx, and they do not sell ships for cheep."
Jarx thought about it, the exchange, a criminal orginization, "I will take the chance Rath."
Rath handed him a card, "That is were to go to see him. Be careful, even if you are not a good buyer, I hate to lose you."
Jarx let go of the bith and shook his head, "Do not worry about me Rath, thanks alot." He walked out the door."

Mic took a sip of his water. He had felt the call, but he had shown no sign of it. Though a ripple of pain had shot down his spine. He stroked his chin, feeling each hair. The man’s reaction was expected, but now they felt uneasy. Mic needed them calm and in their seats. They stood and walked toward the door. Mic put down his water and stood to intercepted them. As he stood a man sitting at a large table beckoned him. Mic ignored him. His first priority was these two. He could deal with that group later. Mic turned toward the man and women. “I am Jedi Master Falick, join us.” Mic stopped and scanned the room. He had enough friends in the room if things turned bad. He nodded to the man and woman and started for the group. One of the men stood up and walked out of the cantina. Mic sat down and looked at every one in turn. “I hear you need a ship.”

Trent scanned the room, noticing who he would be working with. A Mandalorian, good. Trent always liked the Mandalorians, along with the Echani. A couple females, jedi, soldiers. Mercs...mercanary trash. Trent had no respect for Mercs, or smugglers. Being the owner of a multi-quadrillion credit company did have its benefits. He casually touched his custom commando pistols. Light, quick, fast, deadly. Trent liked it that way. The less mess the better, though he did have his doubts about this mission. Too hush hush. In his experiance, hush hush meant bad, really bad. His last gaze around the room landed on a young and striking female. Her name was Sandra Blake ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sandra looked across the rough faces of the customers of Anchorhead. She had been called by the jedi to help out with this mission. She still didnt know why. So hush hush...so annoying. She glanced down at her lightsaber. She sighed. Trent was here, famous hero, and CEO of a huge company...she had dealings with him in the past. Nice guy, very respectful. Good looking too... A mandalorian was here too...she didnt necisarly like or dislike the race, like others. A couple other female jedi were here too. Maybe she would know one.....

Falik let go, "Then get your blaster packs, even though they are... primitive." He turned his head towards the man he thought was a sith, "I am sure the mandalorian will get us a ship. His type always seem to. Sith."
He looked at the group, they were calm, hopefully the Jedi were going to get there money's worth.
